Terms and Conditions

Welcome to [Elite House]. By booking an apartment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Guest Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
  • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation email is sent by our reservations team and the required deposit or full payment has been received.
  • Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License) matching the reservation name must be presented upon check-in.
  • We welcome families and single travelers, according to the country’s regulations guests have to submit their ID
  • Couples must submit proof of marriage with their ID
  • Visitation rules: * Visitors and guests are allowed in accordance with Egyptian and Islamic customs and traditions. Families are allowed to gather, but we do not allow single people of opposite genders to gather. Guests that wish to stay the night should submit their IDs to provide it to the property Manager

 

2. Payment Terms and Security Deposit

  • Payment Schedule: [50%] of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due [7 days before arrival / upon check-in].
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of [Insert Amount] is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges, damages, or breaches of these terms. This will be refunded within [5-7] business days after check-out, pending a room inspection.
  • Taxes and Fees: All rates are subject to applicable local taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

 

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In: From [3:00 PM] onwards.
  • Standard Check-Out: By [11:00 AM].
  • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Additional charges may apply.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Standard Cancellation:
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within [7-13] days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of [50% of the total booking].
  • Cancellations made less than [7] days prior to arrival: will incur a cancellation fee of [50% of the total booking].
  • No-shows,’ are non-refundable and will be charged the full amount.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under discounted ‘Non-Refundable’ rates cannot be cancelled or modified, and the full amount will be retained under all circumstances.
  • Modifications: Requests to change stay dates are subject to availability and seasonal rate changes.

 

5. Occupancy and House Rules

  • Maximum Occupancy: The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests stated on the reservation. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate eviction without a refund or a surcharge of 20 USD per additional guest.
  • Parties and Events: Strict NO PARTY policy. Events, loud music, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • Quiet Hours: Guests must respect quiet hours between [10:00 PM and 8:00 AM].
  • Smoking Policy: All apartments and indoor public areas are non-smoking.
  • Pets: Pets are Not Allowed.
  • Drinks: alcoholic drinks and liquors are not allowed

 

6. Use of Facilities and Apartment Care

  • Housekeeping: The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival. Additional housekeeping services during the stay can be arranged for a fee of 25 USD per time.
  • Kitchen and Trash: Guests are expected to leave the kitchen in a reasonable condition, wash dishes, and dispose of trash in the designated receptacles prior to check-out. Excessive cleaning required will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
  • Utilities: Fair usage of electricity, water, and internet is included. Excessive consumption may be billed to the guest.
  • Internet quota: each Apartment has 6GByte per day each extra Gigabyte will charge 10 Cent Dolar.

 

7. Liability and Damages

  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment, its furnishings, or common areas caused by themselves or their visitors. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to the credit card on file.
  • Personal Property: Management is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought into the apartment. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided.
  • Injury: Management accepts no liability for personal injury to guests or their visitors unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

 

8. Force Majeure

  • Events Beyond Control: The property shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, government restrictions, or utility outages.

 

9. Right of Entry

  • Access to Apartment: Management reserves the right to enter the apartment at reasonable hours for maintenance, security, or emergency purposes. Notice will be given whenever possible.
